This single story barn shape home offers a nice high ceiling throughout the center of the home and a nice roof line while being economical. The raised flooring system allows a raised aspect and for this particular project it was much cheaper then a slab. Due to flood height and a reactive soil piers were cheaper then a the wrath slab.
